A Imprisonment for one year, and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 19, 2014, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act at the Jung-gu District Court on September 19, 2014, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on the same day.

1. No person who is accused A shall make a business registration using another person's name for the purpose of evading taxes or evading compulsory execution;

On December 17, 2010, the Defendant registered the business with B’s name for the purpose of evading tax evasion or evading compulsory execution, even though the Defendant actually operated the “F gas station” located in Pyeongtaek-si E, Pyeongtaek-si.

2. No person who is accused B shall allow another person to make his/her business registration using his/her name for the purpose of evading taxes or evading compulsory execution;

On December 17, 2010, the Defendant permitted the business registration upon the request of A who operates the above Friju District Office in the Gyeonggi-do Pungdo 90-6 Pungdo.

On September 19, 2014, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act at the Jung-gu District Court on September 19, 2014, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on the same day.
