1. Defendant A
A. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.
B. The defendant does not pay the above fine.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 24, 2015, Defendant A: (a) around 03:40 on the 03:40 Singuk-si 65-ro, Singuk-si, Singuk-si, 3395-ro 3395, Singuk-si, Singuk-si, and operated a vehicle; (b) Defendant A was able to make a false statement as if he driven the said vehicle. (c) Defendant A had a fat-car parked on the road, which is parked on the road, receive a repair fee of KRW 882,848, and damaged the repair cost of KRW 882,848, which is likely to be punished.

Accordingly, at around 19:16 on June 27, 2015, the Defendant made a false statement to B that “G was making a traffic accident, although he/she was making a traffic accident,” at the traffic survey room of the Silung Police Station, where the instant case was investigated, and at the traffic survey center of the Silung Police Station around 19:00 on July 1, 2015, the Defendant made a false statement to G that “on the part of his/her internal driving, he/she was making a traffic accident” at the traffic survey station of the Silung Police Station where the instant case was investigated.
Accordingly, the Defendant instigated the above B and G to escape a person who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.
2. On June 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was involved in a traffic accident while driving a DNA car lent by the Defendant at the transportation survey center office of the Silung Police Station located in the Silung-dong of Silung-si on the 19:16th day of Jun. 27, 2015; and (b) G did not have driven the said car.
