Punishment of the crime

1. On November 8, 2016, Defendant A: (a) on the 2nd floor of C Officetel located in the Incheon-si on or around November 8, 2016; (b) on November 20:32, 2016, Defendant A: (c) on or around 20:32, a person under whose name and influence of the name of the Doz B, who was in the name of the Defendant’s possession, was driving a Doz Doz Doz; (d) caused a traffic accident at a point 399 km in Seoul, the Gyeong-dong, Sin-si, Seoul, where the death of the Sin-si was caused by the Defendant; and (d) the driver was an illegal staying person.

By requesting a false statement to the effect that “B made a false statement, B had the investigation agency make a false statement.”

On November 24, 2016, the Defendant, along with B, appeared at the Seo-gu Police Station in Yong-si, 2469, 32, using the equipment used by Young-si, Young-si, 2016, and had B investigate as a suspect, and made B to the head of the police station affiliated with the above police station, and made B false statements as if he escaped from the traffic accident while driving the said vehicle.

As a result, the defendant instigated B to escape a person who commits a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.

2. On November 8, 2016, Defendant B received the same request as that set forth in paragraph 1 from the Daegu-gu, Seogu, Seoul-gu, and received the same request from A to the investigation agency, and sentenced Defendant B to make a false statement.

On November 24, 2016, the Defendant, along with A, was present at the Seo-gu Police Station of the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, 2469, and 32, as a suspect, and was investigated as a suspect, and made a false statement to E belonging to the above police station as if he/she had driven the said vehicle and escaped from the traffic accident.

As a result, the defendant had a person who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment escape.
