1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On September 5, 2019, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Northern District Court on Seoul Northern District on September 5, 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 20, 2019.
【Criminal Facts】
Defendant
A had the history of criminal punishment once and twice due to drunk driving, while the driver's license was revoked, at around May 5, 2018, it was anticipated that he/she was subject to punishment again under the influence of drunk driving at around 03:42 on May 5, 2018. At that time, he/she asked Defendant B, a working partner, to make a false statement as if he/she was driven by Defendant B, not Defendant A. Upon the above request, Defendant B made a false statement to the police officer in charge of the Seoul Southern Franc Police Station around September 2018, on the phone as Defendant B. However, Defendant A was not detained and tried on March 28, 2019, Defendant A was indicted for violating the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Northern District Court of Seoul Northern District on March 28, 2019, and Defendant B was able to continue to have a false statement that the above B had driven the same as the previous change.

At around 14:00 on June 13, 2019, Defendant A filed an application with Dobong-gu Seoul Northern District Court as a witness of the instant case, including the violation of the Road Traffic Act ( sound driving) against Defendant A, Defendant A, who was scheduled to attend, and Defendant A asked to the effect that “I would like to make a statement in the existing court as if I were to have driven by the police” and received the above B with the consent of Defendant A.
On June 13, 2019, the above B was present at the court of Seoul Northern District Court No. 401, the above Seoul Northern District Court of Law No. 401, and testified after being sworn as a witness of the case of violation of the Road Traffic Act (A) against the Seoul Northern District Court of Law No. 2019Da1143, May 5, 2018.
