A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 25, 2014, at around 18:00, the Defendant found and found the front number plates of the D AHD car lost by the victim C in the lower parking lot adjacent to Pyeongtaek-gun, Gyeonggi-gun, and then found them.

The Defendant did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the acquired property to the victim, but did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. On August 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around the street of the Defendant’s house located in Gyeonggi-gun; (b) the front number plate was seized due to the Defendant’s failure to pay automobile tax on the F EFetet other car, which is the Defendant’s ownership; and (c) the said car cannot be used; (d) the Defendant attached the front registration number plate acquired as described in paragraph (1) at the vacant space of the said car; and (d) from around that time to September 1, 2014, the Defendant operated the said car without unlawfully attaching the front registration number plate at D.

Accordingly, the defendant used the registration number plate D unlawfully for the purpose of exercising the right, and exercised the illegally used air.
