Punishment of the crime
"2018 Gohap 211"
1. The Defendants’ joint crime (special larceny and special larceny) committed an act of larceny with money and goods on the apartment parking lot. On April 21, 2018, the Defendants conspired to steal the money and goods on the vehicle in which the door is not set up at the apartment parking lot. On April 21, 2018, the Defendants opened a 104-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, with a 75-ro, a 104-dong parking lot, where the victim E-owned in that parking, together with an unlocked door, and opened a line of 150,000 won at the market price of the said vehicle, which is 110,000 won at the victim’s market price, from that time to 04:50 on April 21, 2018, the Defendants did not commit an attempted act of larceny of KRW 30,512,000,000 in total, together with the annexed list of crimes.
2. Defendant A
A. On April 13, 2018, the Defendant, along with G, committed a joint crime with G (special larceny) at around 02:5 on April 13, 2018, at the 114 underground parking lots located in Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon. G, with the network, opened a door that was parked in that door, and the Defendant opened a door that was not locked by HW car, and the victim I located in the said vehicle with a line of KRW 50,000,000 at the market price of KRW 50,000,000. On the same day, at the 112 parking lots in Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon at around 03:05, the Defendant carried out a bicycle of KRW 10,00,00, 320,000, in the same way at the 1112 parking lots in JMW car.
Accordingly, the Defendant, together with G, stolen the money and valuables of the victims amounting to the total amount of KRW 380,000,000.
B. On April 24, 2018, the Defendant: (a) driven the 102-dong 102-dong parking lot located in Daejeon Seo-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon on April 24, 2018; and (b) was stolen by using the tea of LM3 passenger cars, such as the car car No. 5 in the attached Table No. 12,00,000, which was parked at that place; and (c) driving the 12,000,000 won of the market price, which was owned by the victim M.
