Defendant shall be sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crimes of Nos. 2, 7, 11, and 22 of the holding of the Defendant, and the crimes of Nos. 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 16.

Punishment of the crime

On September 6, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for four months with prison labor and one year of suspended execution for fraud at the Suwon District Court on September 6, 2012, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 14, 2012.

1. On October 8, 2012, the Defendant: (a) aware of the fact that the victim E, who was performing studio construction work at Sejong-si, intended to purchase the home appliances (e.g., air conditioners, washing machines, TVs, air conditioners, and the cook towers) to enter the said studio, the Defendant made a false statement with the victim that “The Defendant would purchase and deliver home appliances 350 sets to be installed at the dormitory of the Sejong-Sa University located in the Hacheon-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si.” In short, the Defendant made a telephone call with the victim that “The Defendant would purchase and supply home appliances.”

However, the defendant did not receive the delivery of home appliances installed in the dormitory of Sejong University, and he did not have any intention or ability to deliver them to the victims by purchasing home appliances at a container.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 15 million from the victim to the Defendant’s new bank account under the pretext of contract deposit for the delivery of home appliances.

2. On September 201, the Defendant received a request from the husband of the Victim H who introduced a coffee shop in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government for help by wanting to do a coffee shop.

Around that time, the Defendant sought to find the “J”, which is operated by the victim of Gangseo-gu I, and then want to help the victim start a coffee shop.

In order to do so, 1,5430,000 won is needed for machinery purchase cost, etc.

In addition, there are business start-up support projects conducted by the K Center as an instructor at the K Center.

If it is confirmed that KRW 20 million has been deposited in the account in Korea, subsidies shall be subsidized.

On the other hand, 4.560,000 won from the purchase price of the machinery to the account in the name of the bank shall be KRW 20,000.
