A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 2, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment of 4 months and a fine of 1.5 million won in the Cheongju District Court for fraud, etc. and completed the execution of the sentence in the Cheongju Prison on January 31, 2009.

1. On July 2010, the Defendant against the victim C made a false statement to the effect that “Ek practice room” operated by the victim C, who is located in Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, U.S., purchased dumping home appliances (TV, cooling, etc.) through the Defendant, thereby selling it to Jung High-si, Gohan-si, Gabel, etc. The Defendant: (a) is a business operating considerable profits; (b) is a business operating considerable profits; (c) return the amount of investment from 1.5 times to 2 times the amount of investment after three months.”

However, the Defendant did not engage in the business of purchasing and selling household goods, there is no ability to purchase such household goods, and even if the amount of investment is paid, there was no intention or ability to return 1.5 to 2 times the amount of the investment.

On August 2010, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 20,000,000 from the victim, the sum of KRW 10,000,00,000 in the above “Ek practice room” around 19,00, around August 201.

2. On March 201, 201, the Defendant against the victim F made a false statement to the victim F, “The Defendant was punished by a lot of money by running a tobacco business prior to home-to- home, and at this same time, engaged in dumping home-to- home-products business. The Defendant purchased any dumped home-products (TV, cooling machine, etc.) through himself/herself, and sells it to a mid-to-mid-mid-to-under-under-mid-mid-to-under-date, and a newly-built telecom, etc. This is a business that has a considerable profit. In the event of an investment, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that it would return 1.5 times to-2 times the amount invested after three months.”

However, the defendant does not engage in the business of purchasing and selling household goods, and there is no ability to purchase such household goods, and the amount of investment shall be given.
