1. On January 3, 2013, at around 21:00 on January 3, 2013, the Defendant purchased a penphone with approximately KRW 1.4g mpon, which is a psychotropic drug, in the vicinity of the error station in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, paid KRW 1,00,000,000 to C. On the same day, around 23:10 on the same day, the Defendant purchased a part of approximately 1.4g mpon, which is a psychotropic drug, contained in 2 of the disposable-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D. (hereinafter “E”).

2. On January 3, 2013, the Defendant purchased philophones from C as described in the foregoing paragraph 1, and administered them in such a way as to put approximately 0.05g of philophones into a single-use injection machine, dilution with clophones into a single-use injection machine, and injection into a human blood transfusion.

3. In January 2013, the Defendant purchased a penphone in the order of January 2013, around 22:00, around G bus terminals located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, paid 1:00,000 won to C, and at around 22:20 on the same day, he purchased 1.4g of a penphone in the middle of the day of the first half of the first half of the second half of the second half of the second half of the year.
