A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the defendant exercised a forged private document.

3. The members of the reserve forces violating the provisions of the Reserve Forces Act shall be mobilized and trained;
