1. Defendants’ special larceny

A. On May 7, 2018, at around 02:00 on May 7, 2018, the Defendants, together, committed theft with the cash of KRW 8,000 owned by the victim, who was in the credit cooperative, entering the restaurant in the “E” restaurant for the victim’s D operation located in Seo-gu Daejeon Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Daejeon.

B. On May 7, 2018, at around 02:30 on May 7, 2018, the Defendants discovered a passenger car and opened a gallon of the injured party Gow located in the front of the F located in Seo-gu Daejeon Daejeon Metropolitan City with a driver’s license, welfare card for disabled persons, post office credit card, and new bank credit card at that place, and subsequently stolen the driver’s license owned by the injured party at that place.

On May 7, 2018, at around 13:00 on May 7, 2018, the Defendants opened a gate with the key located in the post box in the Seo-gu Daejeon Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City, and cut off the gate with the cash of KRW 100,000 owned by the victim.
