Punishment of the crime

【Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum term of three years and for a short term of two years and for a short term of two years at the Gwangju District Court on June 10, 2010, and on June 2, 2014, he/she was sentenced to three years for the crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Gwangju District Court. However, on June 9, 2014, the Defendant’s request for retrial was accepted, and the execution of the sentence was completed on October 6, 2016, upon being sentenced to three years for imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny, etc. at the Gwangju District Court on June 9, 2015. B On July 26, 2012, the Gwangju High Court sentenced three years to imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. and two years for a short term, and on May 23, 2014, the Daegu District Court sentenced two years to imprisonment with prison labor for robbery in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon support on May 23, 2014 and completed the execution of the sentence on March 1, 2017.

1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. From May 4, 2018 to May 5, 2018, the Defendants, together, discovered and opened a victim E-ray car parked from the front path of the Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, the victim E-motor vehicle parked therein from the front door of the D-gu, and then stolen it with the victim’s hand phone market value of KRW 300,000,000.

B. On May 1, 2018, the Defendants, together, discovered the victim’s name and non-sicked car driving cars parked from the front side of the F building in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, and opened a correct door, and stolen them with the victim’s portable phone holding KRW 300,000.

On May 6, 2018, at around 01:54 May 6, 2018, Defendants discovered low-speed cars parked in the front side of the G apartment road in Gwangju Mine-gu, and open a corrected door and open a digital camera market owned by the victims.
