Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a wing and cargo vehicle B.

No person shall cover a registration number plate or make it illegible.

Nevertheless, in order to avoid parking control, the Defendant attached a white paper with the phrase "on the front and rear side of the foregoing vehicle" on the street in the front of the "D Hospital" located in Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu, on May 9, 2016, as tape, and left the above vehicle number plate up to 11:07 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant intentionally put a car registration number plate.
