Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and even if such a motor vehicle is not operated, the defendant parked on the entrance road at the Daegu Suwon-gu, at around 15:55 on October 25, 2019 and made it difficult for the defendant to identify a motor vehicle number plate by covering the registration number plate in front of the motor vehicle operated by the defendant for the purpose of avoiding control, and attaching it to a cremation paper, and attaching it to a tape.

The reason for the sentencing of Articles 70(1) and 69(2) of the Criminal Act on the confinement in the workhouse is as follows: (a) if we look at the Defendant’s piracy and suspension that “D church religious life is known to his family members and their neighbors, leaving his number plate suspended, it is not a number plate in order to avoid traffic control; (b) there is no previous history of punishment; and (c) the amount of fine should be reduced by taking into account the Defendant’s age and economic conditions. It is so decided as per Disposition on the grounds above.
