Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Joint offenses committed with B (Suspension of Prosecution on November 30, 2012) and C (Suspension of Prosecution on November 30, 2012)
A. On May 2012, 2012, the Defendant, B, and C had employed the “F cafeteria” of the Victim E’s Operation in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul. Using the gap in the absence of the victim, the Defendant conspiredd to steals to steal the object by means of breaking the object into B and the above cafeteria, if the Defendant intrudes the object into the cafeteria, and then takes the object out.
On May 5, 2012, the Defendant, along with B and C, opened an entrance and intruded with B, and removed 200 plates owned by the victim, which were kept on the 2nd floor of the said restaurant, and C carried the said article out of it.
Accordingly, the Defendant, together with B and C, stolen another person's property.
B. On May 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed the instant crime with a policeman B and C on May 2012, 2012; (b) opened an entrance with B; (c) removed 70 macks owned by the victim, which was kept on the second floor of the said restaurant; and (d) carried the macks in advance, and (c) carried them out of the knick, which was kept on the second floor of the said restaurant.
Accordingly, the Defendant, together with B and C, stolen another person's property.
C. On June 14, 2012, the Defendant: (a) opened an entrance with B and C around 08:00 on June 14, 2012; (b) opened and intruded into the said “F cafeteria”; (c) and (d) removed 70 plate owned by the victim on the second floor of the said cafeteria; (d) four metal lids in underground storage; and (e) three trustees on the rooftop; and (c) loaded the said article in advance.
Accordingly, the Defendant, together with B and C, stolen another person's property.
2. On June 15, 2012, the Defendant, along with B and B, was in front of the third floor office of the “F cafeteria” above on June 15, 2012, and was in front of the third floor office of the “F cafeteria,” and the Defendant reported the network outside of the entrance, and the entrance is installed by using the cresh in which the victim gets
