Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 14:00 on March 5, 2013, the Defendant discovered the collection of the clothes installed on the street while passing around 117 Kapopo-si C Apartment 117, and thought that he steals his clothes.

The Defendant, within the collection box, stolen two Maglulu (weight of 30km, market value of 24,00 won) containing clothes, etc., by means of loading them in the hand bags prepared in advance.
