Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On October 27, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to three years by the Jeonju District Court for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., and completed the execution of the said sentence on June 25, 2012.
【Criminal Facts】
Defendant,
1. On August 19, 2013, on the 16:30th day of 16:30, following the following: (a) enter the house by entering the house in order to put the key door to the house of the victim D, thereby infringing on the victim’s residence, thereby cutting down 1.4 billion won in cash from the passbook of the former bank in the name of the victim, and rice 1.440,000 won;

On November 22, 2013, around 14:00, in the house of the victim G located in F, the victim G located in F, E, and the Defendant opened and intrudes into an unCorrectioned gate, and then, the Defendant uses a passbook (Account Number I) and a physical card in the name of the victim’s mother H, and steals it together with another one;
4. On November 22, 2013, 14:15, at K convenience points located in theJ of the Jeonju-gun, Jeonju-gun, Lee Dong-gun, Eul waiting in a sirent vehicle on nearby numbers, and the defendant opened and intrudes into convenience points, after collecting and inserting the physical card under the H’s name, as described in paragraph (3), from the cash withdrawal machine installed at the place, and then withdrawing 300,000 won in cash and inserting 300,000 won of the withdrawn amount;
5. From around 13:00 on December 5, 2013 to around 14:00, the victim Lies located in F of the Jeonbuk-gun, and the Defendant reported the network outside E, and the Defendant opened and intruded with a window not equipped with the corrective device, and the Defendant was also on the part of the victim, who was inside the embankment.
