Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On February 24, 2016, the Defendant prepared a false complaint against D at the Defendant’s residence located in Yangsan-si, C apartment 109 Dong 1304, around February 23, 2016.
A written complaint (hereinafter “Defendant C”) assaulted Defendant D on July 1, 2014, on or around 18:30, the face of the complainant and the breast part of the complainant on the ground of drinking in the same place as the above (hereinafter “Defendant D”) around December 2015, on the ground that C was assaulted at around 22:00 on January 20, 2016, on the face of the complainant and around 22:0 on the ground of the same reason at the same place as the above (hereinafter “the face of the complainant”).
