Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall sell livestock products processed, processed or manufactured by a person who fails to obtain permission, or treat, process, pack, use, import, store, transport or display them for sale.

Accordingly, the Defendant stored livestock products processed, processed, or manufactured by a person who did not obtain permission for sale.
