Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine of 2 million won, by a fine of 1.5 million won, by a fine of 1.5 million won, respectively.

Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person who operates a general restaurant as the head office of the “E” located in Gyeongsan-si, Defendant B is a person who operates the “E” chain located in Gyeongsan-si F, and Defendant C is a person who operates the “E” chain located in Daegu-gu G.
1. A person who intends to run a livestock product processing business of defendant A shall obtain permission from the Mayor/Do Governor for each place of business, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Prime Minister;
Nevertheless, from May 1, 2009 to March 31, 2013, the Defendant, within the “E” restaurant located in Sinsan-si D, manufactured the processed meat products of swine spiced meat and supplied them to the restaurant operated by B and C, by mixing 8 ideas, such as the strawter, and fluorries, with the string of the string of the string of the string of the string.
Accordingly, the defendant operated livestock product processing business without obtaining permission.
2. No person who intends to sell livestock products processed, processed, or manufactured by a person who fails to obtain permission or file a report shall dispose of, process, pack, use, import, store, transport, or display such products for sale;

Nevertheless, from November 2012 to March 31, 2013, the Defendant’s restaurant at the above Defendant’s restaurant, and the processed swine meat products manufactured by the above A without permission, are equivalent to KRW 150,000 per month’s average.
