1. 피해자 B에 대한 사기 피고인은 2018. 10. 4.경 인천 부평구에 있는 부평역에서 휴대폰을 사용하여 C 카페 D에 접속한 후 ‘꼼데가르송 셔츠를 판매한다’는 글을 게시하고, 이를 구매하고자 연락한 피해자 B에게 ‘돈을 송금해주면 물건을 보내주겠다’고 거짓말 하였다.
