A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 31, 2017, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act by providing a police officer belonging to the above police station who arrested gambling aiding and abetting a person as an current offender in the 598 Seoul Suwon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Seoul, and asked him/her about his/her personal information, with a “D” resident registration number of the above police station, and used another person’s resident registration number unlawfully.

2. The Defendant: (a) stated the content of “C” and “D” in the name column in the written form at the time and place of Paragraph (1); (b) stated “C” and “C” in the written form; and (c) forged one copy of the written statement in the name of “C”, which is a private document concerning the certification of facts for the purpose of exercising his/her own seal on the written form; and (d) submitted it to the police officer belonging to the Daechi District who is aware of the forgery as if he/she were duly formed.

3. The Defendant forged the signature of the company and signed the above investigation at the time and place of Paragraph 1, who is the confirmation of the certificate of arrest of a flagrant offender, and forged C’s signature for the purpose of signing and exercising the certificate in the name of “C” in the column of the person to whom the letter of physical confirmation of the arrested suspect was confirmed, and submitted and exercised each of the above forged letter to the police officers belonging to the Seoul Suwon-gu Police Station, Seoul, which knew of the forgery.
