A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was a person who was suspended from indictment at the Chungcheong branch office of the Chungcheong District Public Prosecutor’s Office for the instant case, and (b) agreed to pay an agreed amount to the said C in the instant case; (c) however, as the above C’s hospital expenses were notified to himself/herself, the Defendant demanded the said C to pay the agreed amount; (d) around June 14:15, 2018, the Defendant sought the said C to take a bath for the said C; and (e) was not good for the Defendant to have the said C.

On June 6, 2018, around 05:32, the Defendant reported 112 to the front of the Sinju Apartment apartment 2, Sinju 273, Jinju, Gindong 2, and the Defendant reported “D YY Kaf Kaf Kaf Kaf Kaf Ka.”

On June 10, 2018, the Defendant continued to make a supplementary statement at the Chungcheong Police Station located in Chungcheongnam-si, 218, in order to make up for the statement, “I am knee-knee-knee-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kn,

However, the defendant did not have sufficient fact that the car was driven by C, while the car rental car driven by C was written in writing, and the car was carried out in front of the above car, and there was no sufficient fact that the car was shocked by the defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant had the above C with the aim of having the above C punished criminal punishment.
