Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On August 25, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment due to a violation of road traffic law (unlicensed driving) in the Chungcheong District Court’s support, etc., and on February 20, 2018, the Defendant had five previous drivers of non-licensed driving of the same type, including the termination of the execution of the sentence at the Chungcheong District Court’s detention center.

[Criminal facts]

1. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which has not been covered by mandatory insurance for motor vehicles;

Nevertheless, the Defendant:

A. On April 18, 2018, around 15:15, 2015, the Postoo, a two-wheeled vehicle, which was a two-wheeled vehicle not mandatory insurance, operated within approximately 500 meters from the nearest road of the 19-gil, Jin-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Ying-si, 1, 49 Ying-si, Ying-si, Ying-si, Ying-si, Ying-si.

B.
