Punishment of the crime

On May 2, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Southern District Court and 2 years of suspended execution, which became final and conclusive on January 17, 2014, and is currently under suspended execution.

1. Fraud;

A. On April 2, 2014, at around 01:40, the Defendant: (a) boarded the victim E-cab in front of the D cafeteria located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu; and (b) even if using the said cab, the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay the said fee; (c) the Defendant obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 36,920 by allowing the victim to operate the said cab to the front of the E-cab at the port located in the Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City.

B. E. On April 5, 2014, the Defendant operated the victim O located in Mangsan-dong G in Goyang-gu, Goyang-si around 22:00.
