Reasons
Punishment of the crime

2. Attempted special larceny;
A. On January 1, 2013, the Defendant committed the crime of January 1, 2013: (a) intruded the correction devices, such as the entrance, etc. inside the front door of the victim before the bank, and ruptures the corrected entrance to steals the precious metal of the victim by hand; (b) price the gold bank glass wall as drinking, but the Defendant did not commit any destruction of the entrance and the outer wall, and did not commit any attempted act.
B. On January 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) invaded inside the upper bank around 03:20 on January 3, 2013; and (b) dumpededed from the upper bank with a view to thefting the precious metal of the victim on one occasion; and (c) dumped from the upper bank.
