Defendant
A was sentenced to five years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, in a branch of the Seoul District Court on February 5, 1997, and was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for the same crime at the Seoul District Court on February 5, 2003. On January 26, 2006, the Daegu High Court sentenced seven years of imprisonment for robbery and injury, etc. on April 5, 2012 and completed the execution of the last sentence on April 5, 2012. In addition, from around 1982, A was sentenced to four times of imprisonment for the same crime.

B On March 20, 2001, the Incheon District Court sentenced 3 years and 6 months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes. On June 30, 2006, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced 6 years to imprisonment for the same crime, etc., and completed the execution of the final sentence on April 12, 201, and was sentenced 4 times from around 1982.
