A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Seized evidence subparagraph 3 shall be forfeited from the accused.
Reasons
Criminal facts
1. On March 9, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 02:40 on March 9, 2020, around 02:0, 13:13:160,000 won in total at the market price as indicated in the annexed Table 1, including 5:5,00 precious metals and 13:160,000 won in total, as indicated in the annexed Table 1 of the market price, were used by the victim C in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property by destroying part of the structure at night and impairing the structure.
2. Around March 21, 2020, the Defendant attempted to larceny special larceny from March 21, 2020 to “G” bank operated by the Victim F in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, around 03:21, 2020. The Defendant attempted to steal the said gold, metal, and precious metal, etc. by using a predetermined strip extraction ( approximately 68 mm in length) from the Defendant’s “G” bank operated by the Victim F in Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu. However, the Defendant attempted to steal the said gold, metal, and rupture it into the wind, which is not the lock department even if he was unlocked.
Accordingly, the defendant attempted to steals property by destroying a part of a structure at night and impairing a structure.
3. On March 21, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 04:25, on March 21, 2020, at the “J” bank operated by the victim I located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul; (b) using the aforesaid strip drawn in advance, destroyed the relevant gold stack and glass door; and (c) invaded the glass display stand into a strip; and (d) 18K gold bars worth KRW 8,300,000, the market price of which is the victim’s possession, as shown in the attached Table 2, took place with precious metal worth KRW 8,30,000,000, total market price as well as KRW 18,30,000,00, as in the attached Table 2.
Accordingly, the defendant damages part of the structure at night and intrudes the structure into the victim.
