1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from May 8, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

In full view of the purport of the argument in Gap evidence No. 1, the defendant concluded on March 7, 2005 that on October 25, 2004, the plaintiff shall pay 30,000,000 won to the plaintiff by March 31, 2005.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 30,000,000 won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from May 8, 2015 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of the copy of the complaint of this case claimed by the plaintiff.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
