1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 8, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

1. The following facts of recognition may be acknowledged by integrating the purpose of the entire pleadings in each entry in Gap evidence Nos. 1 to 3.

The Plaintiff lent KRW 59,140,00 to the Defendant several times between June 19, 2013 and June 16, 2014.

B. The Defendant repaid the Plaintiff KRW 27,047,00 on several occasions between June 26, 2013 and September 24, 2014.

C. The Plaintiff and the Defendant, around the end of 2014, confirmed the amount to be repaid by the Defendant as KRW 30,000,000.

2. According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 as well as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from January 8, 2016 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
