1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 22, 2015 to the date of full payment.

The defendant borrowed 30,000,000 won from the plaintiff and agreed to repay it until April 30, 2014 does not conflict between the parties.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the above 30,000,000 won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from December 22, 2015 to the day of full payment after the original copy of the instant payment order was served on the defendant, as requested by the plaintiff, as a result of the due repayment period for the above 30,000,000 won and thereafter.

If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted for the reasons and it is so decided as per Disposition.
