A. On April 9, 2009, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with Defendant A, the insured, and the beneficiary of non-life insurance proceeds as Defendant B, the mother of Defendant A, and entered into an insurance contract in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
B. From January 17, 2011 to January 31, 2011, Defendant B received hospitalized treatment at C’s Council members as “knee-cosium” for a total of 257 days from July 11, 2016. The Plaintiff paid KRW 5,410,000 of the insurance proceeds to Defendant B from February 28, 201 to February 21, 2014. After death, the beneficiary of insurance proceeds changed to Defendant A and paid KRW 3,570,000 of the insurance proceeds to Defendant A from January 30, 2015 to August 8, 2016.
