The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
1. The summary of the grounds for appeal is not true that the defendant is aware of the victim's face while driving;
2. Determination
A. Comprehensively taking into account the following circumstances, the lower court’s duly admitted and examined evidence, the Defendant’s face part on the side of the victim driven by the Defendant could be fully admitted as charged of the instant case.
1) From the investigative agency to the court of the court below, the victim made a consistent and specific statement on the background and content of the instant case to the effect that “the Defendant, who was seated in the chief of the investigation and was driving on behalf of the victim several occasions. The Defendant, while making a conversation with the nature of the Defendant, continued to drive the conversation, and the Defendant committed a sudden assault,” and there is no reasonable circumstance to suspect the credibility of the statement. 2) The lower court acknowledged the credibility of the victim’s statement after directly proceeding for the examination of the victim’s witness, and sentenced the Defendant guilty of the instant charges by taking into account other evidence in the testimony. It is difficult to view that the lower court erred by misapprehending the credibility of the victim’s testimony.
3) The victim reported 112 to the effect that he was assaulted by the defendant that he was "a proxy driver is.................... as soon as soon as possible, the victim reported to the court below that he was able to photograph the number of the defendant's vehicle on behalf of the victim in a cell phone camera. (4) The police officer called to the scene upon receiving the victim's report to the court of the court below that "A police officer complained of the victim's snow condition at the time of departure, and that the victim complained of the victim that the snow part of the snow level would be hick," and that the above police officer taken his face around September 14, 2014.
