Punishment of the crime

On May 23, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for eight months at the Seoul Central District Court on May 31, 2012, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 31, 2012, but the said suspension of execution was revoked on November 9, 2012, and on October 30, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint conflict) at the Incheon District Court on October 30, 2012, and completed the execution of each of the said punishment at the former Prison on October 12, 2014.

1. Night guards, intrusion theft;

A. On June 20, 2015, at around 03:30, the Defendant: (a) opened a sick room with no lockedly any other space; (b) opened a sick room and intruded into the sick room; and (c) cut off with a bank credit card, 120,000 won in cash, and one corporate bank bank.

B. At the same time as the above paragraph (a) above, the Defendant: (a) opened a sick room with which the victim I was able to attend the said H Women’s Hospital 706 room; (b) opened a sick room with no lockedly any way; and (c) intruded into the sick room; and (d) cut off one set of 50,000 won of the market price at which the said H Women’s Hospital 706 room was occupied by the victim, with one set of stringed 40,000 won of the market price at which 1,000

On June 21, 2015, at around 01:46, the Defendant: (a) was in the K Hospital 615 room located in the J of Chang-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) was in the care of her husband; (c) opened a sick room that was not locked with the her husband; and (d) intruded into the sick room; and (e) cut off cash amounting to KRW 100,000,000, cash amount in the wall inside the wall, and cash amounting to KRW 20,000,000,000 in the wall.

On June 27, 2015, at around 01:00, the Defendant opened a sick room with which the victim C and the victim L did not locked or locked, and intrudes into, and stored in the object, at least 711 rooms of the above K Hospital, the Defendant 1, cash 270,000 won, and 1, 2,000 won of the market price of the victim C, and 1,000,000 won of the national bank, respectively.
