A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Larceny;
A. On August 15, 2019, around 01:25, the Defendant opened a driver’s seat of the victim C-owned D-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-
B. On September 14, 2019, from around 13:00 to around 16:00 on September 16, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened and intrudeed a G beer cruise cruise car owned by the victim F, which was parked in the second apartment underground parking lot of the Busan Geum-gu E apartment zone; and (b) took about KRW 8 million (50,000,000) in cash located in the front Nowon-gu bank of the Nowon-gu; and (c) stolen it.
2. Around 04:10 on September 15, 2019, the Defendant attempted to larceny: (a) opened and intrudeed the driver’s seat of the vehicle with K-W (H apartment), which was parked in the first ground parking lot of the Geum-gu, Busan, Geum-gu, Busan, to the victim who was divingd from the back seat of the knife and escaped.
Accordingly, the defendant attempted to steal the victim's property, and attempted to commit it.

3. On November 24, 2019, at the 1st floor parking lot, the Defendant discovered an OE Q900 No. NAM car owned by the victim N, which was parked in the 200:47, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat of the foregoing vehicle that was not corrected; (b) opened a door door to the vehicle that was in a container between the driver’s seat and the steering seat; and (c) cut off the vehicle with approximately KRW 20,000,000 in total, KRW 50,000,000,000,000 for the merchandise coupon owned by the victim and KRW 50,000,000,000,000 for the merchandise coupon owned by the victim in the vehicle.

4. On November 13, 2018, at around 01:46 to 01:49, the Defendant came to the underground parking lot of the Busan East-gu P apartment, Busan-dong P apartment, and opened a driver’s seat which was parked and opened an unlocked driver’s seat and stolen the cash owned by the victim, with KRW 351,000.
