A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

1. Larceny;

A. On July 10, 2014, the Defendant, while living together with the victim D and the victim E on July 7, 2014, 10:0, 16:00, 200, 16:00 won in cash and 8,000 won in the market price, 17,920,000 won in total, and 1,920,000 won in the market price of the Fra car owned by the victim D while driving the vehicle key in front of the house with the victim D and the victim D (26 years of age) used cres or cres.

On the 20th of the same month, at around 06:32, the Defendant discovered the Victim E’s G Sota car parked in the front of the vehicle at the same place as “A,” divided the password of the locking device, which was previously known, and revoked the locking device, and then cut off with USD 1,300,000 and USD 600, which are the cash owned by the Victim E and kept in the vehicle.

2. Night building thief;

A. From 23:00 on the 17th day of the same month to 24:00 on the 24:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) opened an entrance that was not corrected at the second floor of the International University Emba Campus Design Education Center at H in Ansan-si, Ansan-si; and (b) went into inside and intruded with one digital camera equivalent to KRW 1,050,000 at the market price of the victim J, which was owned by the victim J; and (c) cut off with one digital camera equivalent to KRW 50,000 at the market price.

B. From 23:00 on the 18th day of the same month to 00:00, the Defendant opened a door that was not corrected and intruded into the metal design room on the 1st floor of the pertinent I.S. University’s Escambus Design Education Center, and infringed on it, and stolen it by holding a wall, cash, 18,000 won, and one debit card, which were owned by the victim, within the bank of the victim D(27 years old).

3. The Defendant for a violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act shall be Ansan-si around 12:29 of the same month.
