A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and a fine of 10,000,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On March 30, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to five years of imprisonment due to a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Rape, etc. of Minors under the age of 13) at the Seoul High Court on March 30, 201, and completed the execution of the above sentence on March 17, 2017.

On March 30, 2012, the Defendant was issued a position tracking device attachment order for 10 years from March 19, 2017 to March 18, 202 by the Seoul High Court on March 30, 2012 (a minor rape, etc. under the age of 13).
