Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On February 11, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Rape, etc. of Minors under the age of 13) and for a period of five years and seven years on December 22, 2015, and was under protection observation from the same date to December 21, 202 after the execution of the sentence was completed, and on February 24, 2016, the Defendant was additionally added by the Ulsan District Court on February 24, 2016 to the matters to be observed “from the date of decision to the place of residence reported to the protection observation office from 23:00 to 05:00 on the following day”.

1. On December 22, 2015, the Defendant, who violated the duty to observe the protection, returned home, without justifiable grounds, on six occasions around December 22, 2015, when he/she received a warning from the warden for the observation of the protection of Ulsan, and he/she did not comply with the instructions given by the supervisor for the observation of the protection of Ulsan mountain, even though he/she received a warning from the supervisor on February 3, 2016, on December 26, 2015, around December 30, 2015, around January 6, 2016, around January 8, 2016, around January 30, 2016, and around six times, on February 1, 2016, on the ground that he/she violated the said duty to observe, thereby failing to comply with the instructions given by the supervisor for the observation of the protection of Ulsan mountain, as described in the following paragraph (2).

2. On February 24, 2016, the Defendant, at night, was subject to a decision to restrict going out during a specific time period, including night, that “from the date of the decision to 23:00 to 05:00 on a day before the date of the decision to 6 months from the date of the decision to 23:00 on a day to 05:00 on the following day, to stay in the protection observation

A. On March 12, 2016, around 22:40, Yangsan-si B located in B located in B located in the shop D located in Yangsan-si, for whom approximately 23:19 minutes have been observed by returning home at around 23:19 on the same day, and returning home at around 19 minutes;

B. On March 20, 2016, around 23:00, the Ministry of Health and Welfare: (a) returned home on around 21:00 on March 20, 201, after drinking fluor and drinking fluor; and (b) for approximately 4:2 minutes and 22 minutes during which the Ministry of Health and Welfare prohibits going home.
