Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Suppression;
A. On October 23, 2012, around 18:00 on October 23, 2012, the Defendant: (a) threatened the victim E (the male and 53 years of age) who is a business owner in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, that “I will not give a few million Won because it has been impossible to continue to work;” but the victim “I will not pay money. I would like to add money to what I would go together with the width, not intentionally. I would like to do so; (b) make it possible for the Defendant to make a report to the police by means of the act of arranging sexual traffic; and (c) received 1,500,000 won from the victim of drinking water.”
B. On November 2, 2012, at around 19:00 on November 2, 2012, the Defendant made phone calls to the victim He (n, 46 years of age), who is the wife of E, who jointly operates D main points located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, and received additional money from the victim by threatening the victim to “I will bring 5,00,000,000 won to the hospital because he/she has a public disorder due to the decline in the soft-gu so that he/she can be hospitalized at the hospital, but if he/she provides guidance, I will file a complaint as an act of arranging sexual traffic.” At around 15:00 on November 3, 2012, the Defendant provided the victim with 2,30,000 won within Gamo 205,000, and on the same day, he/she again provided the victim’s name on the ground that the victim’s name was omitted by contacting the victim at around 19:000 on the same day.
C. On November 2012, 2012, the Defendant accused the Victim K (V, 50 years of age) who is the owner of the J's main point located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, for the crime of arranging sexual traffic unless he calls to give KRW 1,50,000.
around November 20, 2012, women's organizations, human rights committees, reporters, and criminal offenders are threatened with intimidations by taking them into consideration, and at around November 20, 2012, transferred KRW 1,500,000 to L's new cooperation account, a parent of the defendant, from a drinking victim.
