1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;
2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Suppression;
A. At around 02:00 on September 4, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received cans from the victim by ordering the victim E, who is the owner of the D karaoke machine in Kimhae-si; (b) ordered the victim E, who is the owner of the business; and (c) received the cans from the victim; and (d) by threatening the victim, “the victim shall provide the 200,000 won drinking alcohol, and shall not report the fact that he does not respond to the request of the Defendant,” with the victim’s threat that “the victim will not provide the 200,000 won drinking alcohol, and he will not report the fact that he does not respond to the request of the Defendant.”
B. Around 01:00 on September 18, 2014, the Defendant was provided with cans from the victim by ordering the victim G, who is the owner of the business, to perform drinking alcohol at the F K K K-inging room located in Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, the Defendant: (a) on September 18, 2014; (b) on the part of the victim, the victim was playing for one hour, and (c) on the part of the victim, the victim was able to see whether he or she is drinking, she is not illegal; and (d) on the part of the victim, H was ordered to suspend its business by filing a complaint with him; and (b) on the side, H was issued a grace period of 20,00 won; (c) on the other hand, 30,000 won should not be found in this case; and (b) on the part of the police station, the victim did not respond to the Defendant’s request by having been issued with a large number of people in the police station.
2. On August 201, 2014, the Defendant: (a) ordered the victim I, the owner of the instant business, to perform alcohol before the K K singing practice room located in Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si; and (b) reported the receipt of cans, beers and beers from the victim; and (c) reported the receipt of cans and beers.
