A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the State Property Act shall use or take profits from State property without complying with procedures and methods prescribed by the State Property Act or other Acts;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the competent authority from May 22, 2014 to August 29, 2014, occupied and used the farmland without permission by installing a private farm on the Chuncheon-si 166.67 square meters, D15.04 square meters, and E39.27 square meters.

2. Any person who intends to occupy and use land in a river area violating the River Act shall obtain permission from the river management agency, as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the river management agency from May 22, 2014 to August 29, 2014, occupied and used f35.47 square meters in Chuncheon-si, which is a river area, and g25.39 square meters in G25.39 square meters without permission.

3. No one shall use or benefit from the public property without complying with the procedures and methods prescribed by the public property and Commodity Management Act or other Acts;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the competent authority from May 22, 2014 to August 29, 2014, occupied and used the H 4.34 square meters, which is public property, in Chuncheon-si, Y4.34 square meters, I13.33 square meters, and J 131.56 square meters, without permission, by installing a breast farm.
