1. Basic facts

A. On June 14, 2013, the Plaintiff sought advice on the correction of protruding out from Csung surgery operated by the Defendant (hereinafter “Defendant hospital”), and the Defendant recommended the Plaintiff to undergo an extecing so as to correct protruding out. 2. The plaintiff's assertion

A. The Defendant shall establish an accurate operation plan prior to performing the instant surgery with a thorough examination and avoid the outcome of the surgery.
