A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the property owned by the victim two times.

1. Larceny;

A. On October 18, 2018, around 19:55, the Defendant: (a) stored minc 1 punishment amounting to KRW 898,000 at the victim’s O, which is the storage of a 'N’ clothes store, in the third floor of the Ma merchant store located in Daegu-gu L, Daegu-gu; (b) stored minc 1 punishment amounting to KRW 898,00 in his/her own bank.

B. On November 8, 2018, from around 18:50 to 19:30 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) acted in the “R of the operation of Q Q Q in Daegu-gu P; (b) was committed as if he were aware of the reflection displayed at the sales stand; and (c) was stolen by hiding one half of the amount equivalent to KRW 36,000 of the market price by taking advantage of the gaps where the victim’s surveillance was neglected.

C. On November 13, 2018, around 13:30 on November 13, 2018, the Defendant, within the “U” for the operation of TW in Daegu-gu, Seogu, Daegu-gu, with three figures and four strings equivalent to KRW 21,900, and four strings and four strings of the market price where the victim was displayed at the same place by taking advantage of the gaps where the victim’s surveillance was neglected.
