Punishment of the crime

"2015 Highest 131"

1. Around 09:00 on January 4, 2015, the Defendant insultd the victim by openly obscing the victim with his/her desire, i.e., “J restaurant” operated by the victim I in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sung-gu, Sung-gu, Seoul, with the payment of the purchase price, during disputes arising from the issue of the payment of the purchase price.
