A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

Plaintiff

1) On April 30, 1990, the Plaintiff is the Plaintiff’s land and building 1) 272m2m2 (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s land”).

(2) On April 28, 1990, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of sale on April 28, 1990. (2) The Plaintiff newly constructed a building of the first and fifth floor above ground (hereinafter “Plaintiff building”) on the Plaintiff’s land, and completed the registration of ownership preservation on July 22, 1998.

B. Defendant land and building 1) D means on October 4, 1972 202 square meters (hereinafter “Defendant land”). D means on the grounds that it is against the Defendant’s land.

On October 3, 1972, D completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of sale and purchase on October 3, 1972. 2) D newly constructed the Defendant’s land, ① the 1980 mar 2 shop and the 2nd mar 104.09 mar 104.09 mar 104.85 mar 204 mar 94.85 mar hereinafter “Defendant shop”) and completed the registration of ownership transfer on August 19, 1983. ② around 1972, it newly constructed cement bricks, bricks, slab slobroke bridges house 64.9mmar 2 (hereinafter “Defendant’s house”).
