1. Basic facts

B. On May 12, 2003, Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the land of 113 square meters (hereinafter “Defendant B”) adjacent to the Plaintiff’s land, Jeonnam-do E-do, Jeonnam-do.
