Defendant
A is a person who does not have a certain occupation, and Defendant B is a person who has a special permanent residence in Japan.

1. On January 27, 2015, the Defendants conspired to enter false information, such as public electronic records, in the Yeongdeungpo-gu Office located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government, in the form of a marriage report, which is kept in the civil petition room as if they had no intention to marry, and as if they had no intention to marry, Defendant B entered “H” and “B” in the husband’s resident registration number column, and Defendant A entered “I” and “A” in the name column in the resident registration number column in the wife’s column, and submitted it to the public official in charge where it is impossible to know the fact, and had the Defendants enter the same electronic records as the family relation register into the marriage of the Defendants.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to make a false report to a public official to record false facts in the same electronic records as the original copy of the fairness deed.
