A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of eight months.

However, as to Defendant B, this shall not apply.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not authorized to handle narcotics.

1. Defendant A [2012 Highest 3213]

A. On August 23, 2012, at around 18:30, the Defendant issued approximately 0.03 grams of psychotropic drugs to B, from the mutual influorial telephone in Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-gu, Busan-do (hereinafter referred to as “cluorial phone”).
