Punishment of the crime

6. On February 20, 2012, the Defendant: (a) on February 20, 2012, around 15:53, on the front day of the Maomer L in Jinju City, sold K approximately 0.1g of penphones contained in K in a one-time injection machine; and (b) sold 10,000 won under the pretext of the price.
