A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than six months and a fine not exceeding 300,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant received a photographic file of driver's license, which is an official document, from pro-Japanese D with a cell phone message, for the purpose of delivering it to Chuncheon-si B, and presented it to the said C business owner, and tried to be employed in the said C.

1. On January 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) presented a motion to produce a driver’s license to verify the possession of a driver’s license necessary for delivery, from E, the owner of the said shop in the above C; (b) presented a photograph file of a driver’s license received from D to a mobile phone message from D to the Commissioner of the Gangwon Provincial Police Agency; and (c) presented the D driver’s license to the above E as if the Defendant was a driver’s license for the Defendant.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On March 6, 2019, the Defendant driving a motorcycle from the above C to the F apartment in Chuncheon City via the F apartment on March 6, 2019 without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license from approximately 1km section to the road located in the same city G, from around March 19, 2019.

B. On June 27, 2019, the Defendant driving a motorcycle at approximately 2 km section via J high schools located in the above C from Chuncheon City to I on June 27, 2019 without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license from around 18:50 to the above C.

3. No person who violates the Resident Registration Act shall unlawfully use another person's resident registration number.

The Defendant unlawfully used D resident registration numbers requested to obtain resident registration numbers to verify personal information from the K Zone L belonging to the Chuncheon Police Station by taking traffic accidents at the same time and place as the above paragraph 2(a).

4. On March 18, 2019, the Defendant, at the office of the M department of the Chuncheon Police Station, located in Chuncheon-ro 61, Chuncheon-ro around 20:02, the foregoing shall apply.
